Shaded panel stages

So I was printing out this thing for some reason ages ago and the print crapped out halfway through.  Not one to waste some paper, I decided to try out pencil shading it a bit in that "oh wouldn't a totally pencil shaded comic look cool" sorta vein.  Anyhow, then I slapped some colors on it.  Yeah.... I dunno.  Thoughts?
