Orna is the daughter of the Sea and a human man. As such, she has an uneven temperament and can change moods in an instant. Like her mother, she is equally a harsh or gentle mistress, mysterious and alluring but somehow alien and foreboding. She can control water, and turn herself into a liquid state at will, but she is also a excellent fencer. She is the captain of the Quicksilver, a pirate ship crewed by half-men and monsters, a band of misfits which she has brought together to seek fortune and glory. She is absolutely not above using her feminine charms to get what she wants, but at times has a certain lack of understanding of certain social etiquette. For example, upon returning to a solid form, she is not bothered by a lack of clothing, much to the frustration (and perhaps excitement) of her crew. As a side note, when completely pissed off, her eyes will change, with the iris and pupil enlarging to encompass the majority of her eye, and a second pupil appearing in the center, as shown in the sketch.

She thinks of Murielle as a little sister.

She gets along with Harold, seeing him as a good man for the crow's nest and a decent fighter.

She thinks of Solkist as something smelly and annoying, and will cut off his arm if he tries anything. However, he does remind her of certain members of her crew...
